This is used when you want to move your current PagePlus phone number to a different phone.
Phone must be a native Verizon CDMA post paid phone. 4G phones, iPhones, and Verizon pre-paid phones are NOT allowed. Phone MUST have a clear ESN, it can not be currently active, or on the lost/stolen/fraud list.
Please provide the phone no., old ESN/MEID no. and new ESN/MEID no.
Please understand that this is not an automated process. You are paying for us to perform a manual service, therefore the fees are non-refundable should your ESN change not be accepted by Page Plus. If you gave us an incorrect ESN or phone number, you may e-mail us with the corrected information and we will try again.
Also, please note that our part of this transaction is to move your phone number from one ESN to another ESN. We are not responsible if you have trouble programming your phone. We will try to help as much as we can with programming your phone, however, this service is NON-REFUNDABLE.
IF YOU DO NOT KNOW YOUR MEID/ESN OF YOUR OLD DEVICE, AND THE NEW MEID/ESN YOU ARE CHANGING TO, OUR ONLINE ESN CHANGE WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU!! In this case you MUST call Page Plus Cellular directly at 800-550-2436 to do your change.

** NOTE: If your new phone has already been activated on Page Plus, please provide us with the phone number currently assigned to it so we can remove (deactivate) it and perform your ESN change. ESN changes need an unactivated phone.
